The project developed raw land in an urban area characterized by natural terrain in the Diriyah region, near the Al-Ilb Dam located in the Hanifa Valley, covering an area of 1.5 million m2 in its first phase. When designing the agricultural urban area, consideration was given to preserving the nature of the existing mountains and ensuring easy access to public services. Each agricultural plot has a unique and sufficient area that reflects the spirit of the terrain environment. The design of roads, sidewalks, and water channels was also taken into account with standard infrastructure and water channels to meet the needs of the developed area for hosting beautiful agricultural holdings. We supervised the execution and acceptance of works according to the highest specifications and international standards in developing raw lands.
